How do I return an item?

Return Policy

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

If an item is purchased online through our website your email order/payment confirmation is your receipt.

We accept returns for store credit only 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• -within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)

• -must not be a special order or a custom order - (all furniture orders are considered special orders, as well as any item that we order specifically for you)
• -online purchase returns for store credit - the customer is responsible for a 25% restocking fee as well as shipping the item(s) back to Urban Elements. Customer will also be responsible for any shipping related to the store credit given for return within 7 calendar days. Store credit will not be issued until any and all item(s) are received by Urban Elements.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact the store immediately - the day that you receive your item(s). Items that are defective will qualify for store credit. We have the right to refuse a store credit. We have the right to ask for proof of damage which may include pictures of the damaged item(s)

All furniture purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

All gift certificates are valid for 7 years from the date of purchase by MA state law and are non-refundable.

All sale items are final and returns will not be accepted.

Any and all deposits for furniture orders are non-refundable.
